Congregation Am Tikvah, People of Hope, is a vibrant, egalitarian Jewish community which is dual affiliated with both the Conservative and Reform movements. Our community joined together in 2021, merging two historic San Francisco congregations, Bnai Emunah and Beth Israel Judea. Come celebrate, learn, and connect in an inclusive Southside Jewish community committed to social justice.
We are welcoming: Jews and Non-Jews. experienced prayer leaders, newbies and questioners. Jews of all ages and means. We will meet you where you are.
We are inclusive: people with disabilities, learning differences, people of color, LGBTQ are the fabric and strength of our diverse and inclusive family.
